Background

Paul Jennings is the sole owner of Jennings Homes and has over 20 years of experience developing award-winning projects, which include custom homes, resort communities, multifamily projects, mixed-use spaces, and office spaces (see PCS Development, Inc. for a more comprehensive background). Jennings Homes was created in 2011 and has invested more than $30 million into premium real estate lots in Park City, Utah, as well as Carmel, Los Angeles, and Cabo San Lucas, California.

The company has largely focused on development in Park City’s Promontory Resort due to a strong belief that Park City offers one of the most accessible and reasonably priced ski resorts in North America.
